What You'll Do Create an Exceptional Workplace Experience- Ensure our corporate office is welcoming, organized, professional, and operating at its best every day.
- Oversee reception, visitors, office supplies, deliveries, facilities needs, and vendor relationships.
- Maintain conference rooms, common areas, and shared spaces that are always ready for collaboration and success.
- Partner with building management and service providers to support a smooth and efficient workplace.
- Serve as a polished and professional first impression for executives, candidates, investors, vendors, and guests.
- Coordinate meetings and guest visits, ensuring every detail—from room setup to refreshments is handled with care.
- Create a high-touch experience that reflects our culture, values, and commitment to excellence.
- Help plan and execute company meetings, employee celebrations, leadership gatherings, and special events.
- Partner with HR and leadership to support employee recognition, new hire welcomes, and engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to a positive, connected, and collaborative workplace culture.
- Provide administrative and operational support across the organization.
- Draft and coordinate internal communications, announcements, and office updates.
- Assist with onboarding logistics and ensure new team members have a great first-day experience.
- Manage office processes, records, and administrative resources with accuracy and professionalism.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in office management, executive support, workplace experience, hospitality, facilities coordination, or a related role.
- Experience working in a professional corporate environment preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
