Position Summary
The Workplace Experience Supervisor is responsible for ensuring an exceptional and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors within the workplace. This role oversees the planning and execution of client and internal events and meetings, ensures the effective management of workplace amenities such as Café 43 and the coffee bar services, and maintains consistent food and beverage offerings throughout the office.
The Supervisor will also assist with reservable office operations, inventory replenishment, and vendor coordination, while providing general administrative support to enhance the overall workplace experience. This role also includes direct supervision and leadership of three Workplace Experience Assistants responsible for conference room and meeting services, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency across all interactions.
- Supervise three workplace experience assistants to ensure productivity, consistent high-level execution of services and communications.
- Monitoring and evaluating team performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Managing workload distribution and team priorities.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management support to the team.
- Oversee the planning and execution of client and employee events, including meetings, celebrations, and team‑building activities.
- Meet with external and internal clients to review the meeting/event space and finalize the details of set up, staffing, resources such as refreshments, meals including any diet restrictions of client, community or lawyer event.
- Manage the daily operations of Café 43 and the coffee bars, ensuring all equipment is maintained and products ordered and stocked for employee use.
- Coordinate the provision and presentation of daily lunches and snacks, maintaining high standards of quality and variety.
- Monitor inventory levels and place timely orders for office and kitchen supplies to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and assisting with workplace communications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace experience concerns and suggestions, fostering a positive and inclusive office culture.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 3+ years of experience in office management, hospitality, or workplace experience roles required.
- This is an in‑office role and will be expected to be in the office 5 days per week.
- Ability to anticipate needs and create a welcoming environment for all employees and guests.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and general Audio‑Visual knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

The target annual salary range for this role is currently $102,000-$110,000 based on a regular, full‑time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity. Total compensation includes a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, yearly retirement contribution, and may include an annual discretionary merit bonus.
