Our client is a leading provider of title insurance, escrow, and real estate closing services for residential and commercial transactions nationwide.

Salary:
$55-70k base salary (flexible/based on experience) + full comprehensive benefits

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support a busy, deadline-driven team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining workflow efficiency, coordinating communication, managing scheduling, and ensuring critical tasks are completed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-volume phone, email, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, project timelines, and other time-sensitive activities.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation.
  • Monitor workflow progress and assist in keeping projects and deliverables on schedule.
  • Prepare, revise, and distribute documents and correspondence.
  • Track outstanding items and proactively follow up to ensure timely completion.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve operational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, project coordination, or customer support role.
  • Experience in the real estate, title, or related industry preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Close attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard business software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Experience working in a deadline-driven environment preferred.
