Addison Group is partnering with a national nonprofit organization seeking part-time administrative support.

Job Description

This role supports daily office operations and provides front-line administrative assistance to staff, visitors, and external contacts. The position is part-time (25–30 hours per week) and is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of administrative tasks in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls while documenting messages accurately
  • Monitor shared email inbox and respond or redirect inquiries as needed
  • Handle general office tasks including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
  • Maintain organization of both electronic and physical records
  • Sort, distribute, and process incoming mail and packages; coordinate outgoing shipments
  • Track office and breakroom supplies, reorder inventory, and keep common areas organized
  • Support scheduling needs including meetings, calendars, and conference room coordination
  • Assist with logistics for team meetings including catering and basic event setup
  • Help coordinate travel-related arrangements such as hotel bookings when needed
  • Support expense report tracking and submissions for leadership and committees
  • Provide general administrative support across a small office team as needed
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a professional office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
