A prominent consulting firm based in downtown Chicago is seeking a polished and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a team of senior Executives. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing executive support with project coordination responsibilities, with only 2 days onsite each week. The position offers a competitive salary of $85K–$93K, along with a lucrative compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, 401(k), bonus opportunities, and paid overtime.
Responsibilitiesof the Executive Assistant:
- Efficiently manage and coordinate complex executive calendars, meetings, and shifting priorities while ensuring projects and deliverables remain on track
- Manage all communication with Clients and internal key stakeholders with professionalism and a strong sense of urgency
- Maintain discretion and professionalism in all executive and client interactions while handling highly confidential information
- Arrange detailed domestic and international travel plans, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and logistics coordination
- Prepare and edit presentations, reports, correspondence, and other materials using Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Manage expense reporting, invoice processing, and reimbursement tracking with accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate meeting logistics, conference calls, and follow-up action items while supporting day-to-day operational and administrative needs
- Perform various administrative and project-related tasks as needed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- At least 3 years of executive support experience supporting senior-level Executives or leadership teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with Clients and Executives
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, driven, and professional with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
