The Building Group has been a leader in residential property management for over 30-years, providing management services to nearly 20,000 residential units throughout Chicagoland. Our company is growing and seeks qualified candidates with experience in delivering exemplary management services.
Property Management Admin Position:This position is "Onsite" and reports to an onsite management office at a building in the North Side of Chicago.
The Property Management Admin serves an essential role in providing assistance to the board of directors and onsite team. The position requires exceptional customer service and organizational skills. Specific responsibilities include:
- Responding to email messages from residents
- Processing standard form requests (auto-debit, owner info…)
- Managing all move related items (scheduling and collecting/returning move deposits)
- General communication to maintenance staff concerning work orders
- Maintain owner/resident information and other relevant data
- Arrange unit entry and schedule service on a regular and emergency basis
- Schedule/follow up on maintenance requests
- Maintain data and information relevant to corporates filings, city permits, and all documents relevant to the property.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate tremendous customer service and organizational skills, with a meaningful interest in the management of real condominium associations.
Job Qualifications:- High School Diploma
- Some College
- Organizational and writing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule:
- Part time. 25 hours per week on average

- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Condominium Management: 1 year (Required)
