A prestigious consulting firm in Chicago is seeking a polished and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to two senior executives. The salary of this role ranges from $95,000-$120,000. This is an exciting, high-impact role for a proactive, polished professional who operates as a true partner to leadership—anticipating needs, managing priorities, and ensuring executives can stay focused on strategic initiatives.
You will serve as a key extension of leadership, balancing independent work with collaboration in a fast-moving, professional environment. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including but not limited to medical and dental insurance as well as generous PTO.
- Oversee complex calendar management, seamlessly scheduling meetings and coordinating across multiple time zones
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, creating detailed, well-organized itineraries and handling all logistics
- Prepare executives for meetings by organizing materials, agendas, and key documentation to ensure efficiency and success
- Act as a central point of coordination between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Proactively manage day-to-day priorities, ensuring alignment with business needs and deadlines
- Handle expense reporting and financial tracking using systems such as Concur
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive greater overall efficiency
- Minimum of 7+ years of executive assistant experience, preferably within a global organization; C-level support required
- Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities while supporting multiple executive
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- High level of professionalism with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute with precision
- Independent thinker with sound judgment and decision-making ability under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Windows-based applications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
