Job Description & How to Apply Below
We’re partnering with a growing, fast-moving company to find an exceptional Executive Assistant who thrives on ownership, problem-solving, and keeping leaders operating at their highest level.
This isn’t a traditional support role, you’ll act as a right hand to C‑Suite leadership, helping bring structure to ambiguity and momentum to priorities. You’ll be deeply embedded in the day-to‑day flow of the business, ensuring alignment, execution, and follow‑through across teams.
If you’re energized by fast growth, constant change, and the opportunity to make a visible impact, this role offers a strong platform for long‑term career growth.
How You’ll Make an Impact- Take full ownership of a senior leader’s schedule—balancing competing priorities, optimizing time, and adjusting quickly as needs evolve
- Keep communication flowing by acting as a central connector across teams and external stakeholders
- Drive meeting effectiveness by organizing agendas, documenting key takeaways, and ensuring accountability on next steps
- Develop high‑quality materials including presentations, internal updates, and reports
- Monitor deadlines, priorities, and key initiatives—stepping in to resolve conflicts before they become issues
- Handle confidential information with sound judgment and professionalism
- Contribute to special initiatives and operational improvements as the company continues to scale
- Anticipate needs and remove friction so leadership can stay focused on strategic priorities
- A college degree or equivalent hands‑on experience
- 3 to 5 years supporting senior leaders or working in a fast‑paced coordination role
- Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
- Comfort operating in environments where direction can shift quickly
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust across teams
- Experience managing logistics, including travel planning and scheduling across time zones
- A high level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive matters
- A self‑starter mindset—you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Proficiency with common workplace tools (Microsoft Office, collaboration platforms, etc.)
- Nice to have: exposure to operations, project coordination, or startup environments
- Work closely with executive leadership and gain insight into how a company scales
- Opportunity to grow into broader operational or leadership support roles over time
- Fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment where your contributions are visible and valued
- A culture that rewards initiative, adaptability, and creative problem‑solving
- Employer‑paid medical and dental coverage
- Flexible and generous paid time off
- Parental leave for new families
