Amylu Foods is hiring for a Strategic Executive Assistant, Office of the CEO
. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and focused individual to gain incredible business experience at a rapidly growing CPG company.

This is a hybrid role and will require the selected candidate to be on-site at our Fulton Market office location four days per week.

Role Description

Operating at the center of the Office of the CEO, the Strategic Executive Assistant is a high-level force multiplier dedicated to maximizing the impact of the CEO and the company executive team.

This role blends administrative mastery with sharp business acumen to drive board-level deliverables, streamline decision-making, and – under the direction of the CEO – ensure the precise execution of the company’s top priorities.

The role will provide day-to-day total-life support to the CEO, including managing the CEO’s calendar and scheduling travel and any other related support that ensures the CEO maximizes time spent on the most strategic and impactful items to the business.

In addition, the role will support broader scheduling of executive team and board meetings, as well as company meetings and functions.

Based at our headquarters, the role will also oversee the office environment, and provide support for office and facilities management for that location.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide total-life day-to-day support to the CEO, including scheduling and calendar management
  • Schedule travel for the CEO (may include any and all forms of domestic or international travel)
  • Continually improve the time management and effectiveness of the Office of the CEO.
  • Schedule and coordinate board meetings, executive team meetings, and company functions.
  • Facilitate, collect, and support the preparation and records of board materials and meetings.
  • Provide coordination, monitoring, and communication of programs managed by the CEO.
  • Lead special projects on behalf of the Office of the CEO as required to support the business.
  • Facilitate and assist in the creation of presentations for the CEO to key stakeholders.
  • Support executive team meetings, including scheduling and drafting and/or managing agendas.
  • Draft memos, announcements, and other related communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Manage intricate domestic and international travel and high-profile event appearances for CEO.
  • Oversee the office environment, and office and facilities management for company headquarters.
  • Manage printing, faxing, mail/overnight packages, copying, filing, and email/messages.
  • Routinely perform a wide variety of related administrative duties supporting the office of the CEO.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a corporate environment preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both written and oral forms.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage a wide range of tasks and priorities at one time.
  • Strong writing and copy-editing skills; ability to proofread and highly detailed and sensitive materials.
  • Highly resourceful self-starter with a can-do attitude.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong judgement and decision making.
  • Strong desire to take on new projects and tasks that support the business.

  • Excellent computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Pay Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per year.

Other Compensation

This position is eligible for an annual performance bonus with a target of 5% of base pay.
