Appointment Clerk

R+L Carriers has immediate need for an Appointment Clerk to work in our Chicago, IL Service Center office. Responsibilities will include answering calls on a multi-line system, data entry, scheduling delivery appointments, and assisting customers with pickups. Other duties may apply as requested by management.

Monday – Friday, shift start 10am (8–10 hours daily). Compensation: $18.76 per hour.

• Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency.
• Ability to type 30 WPM with accuracy.
• Dependable and well organized.
• Must be computer literate.
• Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills.
