Responsibilities

  • Extensive calendar management and scheduling of meetings, conference calls, travel arrangements, and events.
  • Oversee entry and coding of time.
  • Reconcile monthly billing statements and track to budget.
  • Prepare and format documents in Word.
  • Manage and track expense reimbursements.
  • Provide back-up support to other administrative assistants when needed.
  • Complete ad hoc projects and duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • 1‑3 years of experience supporting multiple professionals in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Reliable, friendly, positive, can‑do attitude.
  • Strong multi‑tasking skills with the ability to prioritize activities and work under pressure to meet client deadline expectations.
  • Creative and independent thinker, confident asking questions to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Extensive contact with others requiring discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong writing and research skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong initiative and self‑motivation.
  • Interest in the Healthcare field (highly preferred).
  • BA Degree (highly preferred).
  • Excellent Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills required.
  • Assist staff in converting written communications into polished PowerPoint presentations.
  • Comfortable learning new software programs supporting business operations.
  • Experience with legal billing software a plus.
