Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Administrative Management
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Office Coordinator to help maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of administrative and office support responsibilities and takes pride in creating a positive workplace experience for employees and visitors.
Responsibilities- Conduct conference room checks throughout the day to ensure rooms are clean, organized, and ready for use
- Monitor, inventory, and restock office snacks, beverages, and breakroom supplies
- Perform daily and weekly coffee machine maintenance, including rinse cycles and basic upkeep
- Welcome visitors and assist with visitor check-in through the Envoy system
- Complete employee seating audits and support workspace organization
- Manage inventory of office supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed
- Organize and maintain company swag inventory and storage areas
- Assist with office setups, moves, and general workplace organization projects
- Support miscellaneous administrative and facilities‑related projects assigned by the Facilities Manager
- Previous administrative, office support, facilities, reception, or workplace services experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities throughout the day
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office technology
- Ability to lift and move office supplies and packages as needed
