What you will do

  • Coordinate and organize media appearances, studio bookings, and schedules
  • Manage calendar scheduling, arrange travel, and coordinate expense reporting
  • Maintain research project priority lists and approvals
  • Coordinate content production and social media activity with internal contributors and stakeholders
  • Compile and deliver activity summaries to executive leadership
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from research project meetings
  • Ensure planning deadlines are met
  • Provide in-depth reporting and analysis as needed
  • Gather data and produce presentations in PowerPoint and Excel for an executive level audience
  • Manage and maintain vendor contracts
  • Provide administrative support to the Chief Investment Strategist and her direct reports
  • Maintain confidentiality in all communications
  • Perform with excellence and precision in a successful, fast-paced, growing company
What you will bring
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Project management execution and budget management experience
  • Experience with travel and logistics coordination
  • Responsive, thoughtful communication abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain effective, positive relationships
  • Experience interacting respectfully and positively with associates at all levels, from entry level to CEO
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint creation for executive audiences

  • Base Salary Range: $79,400.00 - $
