Administrative Business Partner
Mid Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area.
Minimum qualifications:
3 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.)
Preferred qualifications:
10 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
Experience of providing polished and professional executive support to executives within a fast-paced team and international environment; able to navigate multiple stakeholders and priorities concurrently. Excellent verbal and written communications skills at the executive level. Highly organized and efficient, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Strong attention-to-detail, comfortable with ambiguity, autonomous execution and escalation. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services.
You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.
Responsibilities:
Operate separately on administrative tasks with minimal supervision (e.g., calendar management, travel scheduling, executive expense management, event and budget management). Plan, manage, and execute events from team events (i.e., digital and in-person), all hands, leadership forums, and other celebrations and milestones. Take the initiative to lead and manage ad hoc programs to further the organization/leader's business goals. Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies with the executives and the teams they manage, as well as within the administrative community.
Establish trust and partnership with cross-functional teams and executives of the organization you are supporting.
