We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join the National Leasing Operations team. This person will provide operations support for the JLLU broker development program (approx. 40% of role) and will support various initiatives driven by Americas Leasing Operating Executive Committee (approx. 60% of role). As a member of the Operations team, the Coordinator will partner with various groups (including Internal Communications, Marketing/Events, Finance, Leasing brokers, etc.)
to help advance our goals. The ideal candidate is a self‑directed problem solver with a bias toward action and a desire to be part of a fast‑paced, results‑driven business team. This person will have the opportunity to engage in a well‑rounded list of contributions for the team.
- Coordinate JLLU program, including:
- Lead internal team calls
- Manage attendee list for each cohort
- Manage required program communications and surveys
- Manage cohort calendar of calls & meetings
- Partner with JL Events and concierge teams as well as outside vendors as needed
- On‑site lead for six in‑person events per year (travel may be required)
- Coordinate and manage tasks and projects
- Develop / create materials to support business initiatives using a variety of tools (emails, AI, slide decks, videos, etc.), partnering with other teams as appropriate
- Provide general backup support for other team members
- Attend team meetings
- Prioritize workload appropriately to meet deadlines
- Perform special projects and general administrative duties as directed
- Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of commensurate experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite - MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint/One Drive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management, organization and project management skills
- Self‑starter with aptitude to successfully balance multiple priorities
- Enthusiastic and versatile, with a can‑do attitude
- Ability to work within a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Estimated compensation: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
