Job Summary
Under direct supervision, performs any combination of basic clerical and administrative support tasks requiring general knowledge and application of various established work methods and procedures.
Job Responsibilities- Answer phones, convey messages, open and route incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, copy, scan, fax, and/or file.
- Write, type, or enter information into computer system(s).
- File and maintain departmental records independently.
- Assist the department in carrying out various programs and procedures.
- Answer multiple phone lines, organize meetings, and take minutes.
- Interact with internal and/or external sources via email and/or telephone.
- Order office supplies as needed.
- Follow standard procedures and guidelines.
- Understand how assigned duties relate to others within the team and how the team integrates with related teams.
- Impact own team through the quality of the support provided.
- Recognize and solve typical problems; select solutions from established options.
- Communicate moderately complex information in routine situations, typically within own team.
- Work under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach; individual contributor with no supervisory responsibilities; manage own workload.
- High school diploma required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience.

Pay Range & Benefits$42,348.94 - $70,581.56 annually. The base salary range is a guide and actual offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components.
