Sr. Executive Assistant to Chief Supply Chain Officer

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support, building effective relationships with those you support.
  • Perform duties related to budget, expenses, and purchasing processes.
  • Answer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriately.
  • Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy.
  • Complete and update reports, maintaining systems and data integrity.
  • Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested.
  • Coordinate logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc., where required.
Qualifications
  • Experience in administration and support roles.
  • Highly developed customer service orientation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent teamwork abilities and the capacity to anticipate needs and respond accordingly.
Salary and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $77,600 to $106,700; the exact salary depends on factors such as experience, skills, education, and location. In addition to base salary, the position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for over achievement based on performance and company results.
