- Labor Management Data Entry & Migration:
Accurately transferemployee,information from existing community master schedulespreadsheets into the new scheduling software. - Labor Management Data Validation:
Review data entries for accuracy (e.g., names,departments,job titles, master schedule). - Scheduling System Support:
Assistin setting upinitialcommunityprofiles. - Scheduling/supporting team training as needed.
- Communication:
Coordinate with Operations Specialist to resolve data discrepancies and verify schedulinginput is completeby the deadlines. - Other duties as assigned.
Level of Formal
Education:
Completion orpursuing a degree.
Area of Study:
Business, Operations Management, Information Systemsor related field.
Type of
Experience:
Senior Living preferred by not required.
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Information Systems:
Experience with CRM systems or scheduling software is a plus.
