Primary Function:
To aid in the organizational practices of administrative services of the Felony Review Unit. This includes, but not limited to, drafting subpoenas, processing Search Warrant and Subpoena return items and documents, data maintenance of the Felony Review "Happy Sheets", and other operational necessities as necessary.
Working Environment:
Monday through Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday & Sunday off
Physical Requirements:
Light Work:
The position requires the ability to stand or walk frequently, often for extended periods. You may need to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 20 pounds regularly, and occasionally heavier items. The job may also involve a significant amount of walking or standing relative to sedentary roles.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Process Search Warrant returns with Power App
* Maintain multi-unit on call schedules and notifier lists
* Responsible for logistics of all FRU fleet cars, Jet Packs, and other electronics used during the shift
* Enter ERI data into the database
* Monitor lobby entry via call system
* Maintain VSI logbook
* Maintain State's Attorney's Office work product sheets
* Lead the subpoena process for the FRU unit
* Conduct CRIMES research when needed to locate case information
* Serve as relief dispatcher as needed
* Maintain confidentiality of information and systems
* Interact regularly with State's Attorney Office employees and LEAs
* Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required
* Dispatch case information to ASAs assigned to that shift
Qualifications:
Required:
* The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Proficiency in data maintenance regarding updated Happy Sheet format
* Proficiency in Search Warrant Return and Inventory processes
* Proficiency in drafting subpoenas and it's organization practices within FRU
Preferred
* Knowledge of SharePoint, Outlook, TEAMS, Clerks, ICLEAR and CRIMES
