We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Office Coordinator to support the daily operations of our workplace and enhance the overall employee experience. This role is essential in maintaining a professional, welcoming, and efficient office environment while supporting leadership and coordinating engagement initiatives and events.

Key Responsibilities Office Operations- Manage office supplies and ensure work spaces remain organized and well‑stocked
- Coordinate with cleaning services and external vendors
- Handle mail distribution and coordination
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Maintain welcome screens and office monitors
- Coordinate birthday celebrations, sympathy cards, and employee milestones
- Manage service awards and recognition programs
- Support administration of company scholarship programs
- Assist in planning company events (e.g., team gatherings, BBQs)
- Organize meetings, lunches, and off‑site events
- Support coordination for VIP guests and visitors
- Provide administrative support to HR and leadership
- Act as a go‑to resource for general office and employee needs
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office coordination, administrative support, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to maintain structured systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
