Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to a senior executive leading a large, complex, and fast paced organization.
This is a unique opportunity for a polished, proactive professional who enjoys working independently, building strong relationships, and operating as a true business partner.
This position is being hired initially as a contract assignment with an expected duration of approximately three months with potential to extend.
What You’ll Be Doing- Managing a complex executive calendar with shifting priorities
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
- Processing expense reports and executive documentation
- Scheduling high level meetings and resolving calendar conflicts
- Preparing presentations, reports, and executive materials
- Supporting leadership communications and organizational events
- Assisting with quarterly town halls and large scale meetings
- Managing confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Participating in special projects and strategic initiatives
- Providing occasional support to additional leaders and teams as needed
- At least 5 years of Executive Assistant experience
- Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
- Advanced Microsoft Outlook skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional maturity and executive presence
- Ability to work independently and anticipate needs
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Experience navigating a large or complex corporate environment
- C‑suite support experience
- Experience with Workday or similar HR platforms
- Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
- Experience supporting HR leadership teams
- Familiarity with AI tools and emerging workplace technology
- Experience managing large virtual meetings and events
- Standard business hours
- Hybrid environment with a minimum of four days onsite
