Summary
This position is a Housing Management Specialist, GS-1173-11 working in Grand Canyon, Arizona for the IM-1541-GRCA.
Major Duties- Responsible for the administrative management of the park's Government-Furnished Housing (GFH) program
- Prepares annual rental rates via IQMIS and provides cost and rental agreement information to park tenants
- Management of associated automated data systems
- Performs a wide variety of necessary budgetary, accounting, and other administrative duties
- Responsible for supervision of staff assigned to the park's Housing Management Program
