Francis W. Parker School is a JK-12 independent day school founded in 1901. The School enrolls 940 students and employs 200 faculty and staff. The Admissions Coordinators provide comprehensive administrative support to the Admissions Office, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for prospective families. They manage essential operational tasks, serve as a key point of contact for inquiries, and support the team in meeting enrollment goals.

Functions
  • Inquiry and Application Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for initial admissions inquiries (phone, email, in-person), providing accurate information and directing inquiries as needed. Manage the initial stages of the application process, ensuring timely receipt and organization of materials.
  • Database and Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the enrollment database (Finalsite Enrollment), including data entry, application tracking, and generating reports as needed; ensure that data from the financial assistance database (Clarity) is reconciled with enrollment data.
  • Campus Visit Support: Coordinate and schedule campus tours and visits, including managing calendars, confirming appointments, and preparing necessary materials.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Draft and send routine correspondence to prospective families, schedule interviews and meetings, and manage email communications.
  • Event Support: Provide logistical support for admissions events, including open houses, information sessions, and other recruitment activities. This may include setup, registration, and material preparation.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage office supplies, process mail, maintain organized filing systems (both physical and electronic), and handle other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Outreach Support: Partner with Assistant Directors of Admission to provide support for outreach events and fairs as needed.
  • Welcoming & Team Oriented Professional: Demonstrate a welcoming and helpful demeanor at all times; work collaboratively with all Admissions team members to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Other duties: As assigned by the Director of Enrollment and Financial Assistance.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
  • A minimum of one (1) year of administrative support experience, preferably in an educational or customer service setting
  • Proficiency with computers and technology:
    Word, Excel, Gmail
  • Experience with database management systems (e.g., Finalsite, Clarity, Ravenna, Blackbaud, Calendly or comparable) preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior customer service skills and a positive, friendly demeanor
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to use discretion and manage confidential information
  • A collaborative work style and team orientation
Compensation

Salary Range: $45,000-$50,000.
