or to serve as the face of their office and help create an exceptional experience for employees, clients, and visitors alike.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or Workplace Coordinator who thrives in a polished, fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and takes pride in creating a welcoming, professional workplace.
What You'll Do- Serve as the first point of contact for guests, clients, and vendors while delivering a best-in-class office experience.
- Manage conference room scheduling, meeting logistics, and office hospitality.
- Coordinate catering, office events, team celebrations, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain office supplies, kitchen inventory, and relationships with building management and external vendors.
- Support executives and internal teams with administrative projects and day-to-day operational needs.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office communications.
- Help ensure the office is organized, polished, and operating efficiently each day.
- Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees and other workplace initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, office management, workplace experience, or hospitality-focused role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, polished, and customer service-oriented.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
