- Be the first point of contact, greeting clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries, take messages, and respond to emails.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and maintain organized correspondence records.
- Maintain office calendars and coordinate appointment scheduling.
- Assist with invoicing, receipt processing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Perform data entry, organize documents, and maintain accurate filing systems.
- Monitor office supplies, place orders, and ensure inventory is well‑stocked.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist with donation collection and tracking to support our community initiatives.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or clerical role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills. Must be very versed with technology, Google docs, Google sheets, creating calendars and digital announcements.
- Must be punctual.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
