Position Summary
Our non-profit client is seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact at their main office. This role is straightforward and process-driven, with a strong emphasis on front desk presence, building access awareness, and consistent daily routines.
The ideal candidate understands the importance of professionalism, uses good judgment when interacting with visitors, and is comfortable handling repetitive tasks with consistency and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Monitor front desk activity and control access to the building using sound judgment
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area
- Perform light administrative tasks such as logging visitors, managing basic paperwork, and supporting office staff as needed
- Follow established procedures and protocols consistently

Qualifications
