Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our laboratory operations and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our business.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • File and organize documents and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping
  • Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Previous experience in a medical or laboratory setting is preferred but not required
Contract Details:
