This Position Will Entail- Provide administrative support to the Corporate Compliance Committee, including taking meeting notes, preparing agendas, scheduling meetings, and following up on action items.
- Demonstrate an interest in the intersection of healthcare and technology industries, with a focus on compliance, privacy laws, and regulations governing these sectors.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and exhibit a willingness to quickly adapt and learn new concepts.
- Maintain a positive attitude and bring a sense of humor to the workplace.
- Reside in either the Eastern or Central time zone and possess a flexible schedule.
- Other duties as assigned, etc.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong research and writing abilities for effective legal support.
- Strong communication skills for clear and concise interactions.
- Efficiently, accurately, and promptly respond to multiple project requests.
- Certification in Paralegal Studies.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Preference for law students or those with a minor in legal studies.
- At least 3 years of experience working in a corporate or government legal department.
- Certified Paralegal (CP)
- Professional Paralegal (PP)
