Position Overview The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and results oriented individual to serve as Office Receptionist for the DCFS Cook County Juvenile Court Unit. Essential Functions Serves as Office Receptionist for the DCFS Cook County Juvenile Court Unit Keyboards documents, forms, memoranda, and letters and proofs use of terms and accuracy of information Greets visitors and directs walk-ins to appropriate offices and resources Orders and distributes forms from Central Stores Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerate above
Minimum Qualifications Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of high school Requires 1 year of related office experience Requires ability to keyboard accurately at 35 wpm Conditions of Employment Requires the ability to pass a background check All conditions of employment listed here are incorporated and related to any of the job duties as listed in the job description About the Agency DCFS is deeply committed to the welfare and protection of children.
