Admissions Officer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Admissions Officer to take a leadership role in our admissions office.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Applicants without a bachelor's degree must have prior experience as an Admissions Officer, Registrar, or in a similar administrative position at a school, college, or university.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and clerical skills and have the ability to efficiently manage daily office operations. Experience in sales, marketing, student recruitment, or social media marketing is highly desirable.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Experience as an Admissions Officer, Registrar, or in a comparable educational administrative role is required if the applicant does not hold a bachelor's degree.
• Strong clerical, organizational, and office management skills.
• Knowledge of sales, marketing, student recruitment, or social media promotion is a significant advantage.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to work independently, collaboratively as part of a team, or in a leadership capacity.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with students, faculty, and the public.
