Administrative Coordinator
Our client is an established organization within the healthcare and senior living industry. The organization offers a professional, service-focused environment and is seeking an additional team member to help support its growing day-to-day office needs.
Our client is seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Coordinator to provide a combination of office, reception, and administrative support. This position will play an important role in keeping daily office operations running smoothly while assisting employees, visitors, and outside contacts.
The ideal candidate is professional, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling a variety of responsibilities in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide reception coverage as needed, including welcoming visitors, answering incoming calls, and directing guests appropriately
- Oversee daily incoming and outgoing mail and package distribution
- Assist with general administrative and clerical responsibilities throughout the office
- Maintain an organized and professional front office and shared workspace
- Help monitor and replenish office supplies and other workplace materials
- Handle copying, scanning, filing, document preparation, and other general office tasks
- Provide day-to-day support to the Office Manager
- Assist with internal projects and changing administrative priorities
- Communicate professionally with employees, vendors, visitors, and external contacts
- Help coordinate miscellaneous office needs to support efficient daily operations
- Take on additional administrative assignments as needed
- 1+ years of administrative, office support, reception, or related professional experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, approachable, and customer-service-focused demeanor
- Ability to manage several responsibilities and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail with consistent follow-through
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard workplace technology
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
- This is a temp-to-hire opportunity
