A prominent Chicago-based organization is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to join its growing team. This hybrid opportunity (3 days on-site) offers a competitive starting package of $115,000–$125,000 plus additional overtime pay and bonus eligibility.

of the Executive Assistant:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and expense reporting.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, visas, and logistics.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Manage and prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as needed.
- Support team-wide initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- 5–7 years of administrative experience supporting senior leadership, ideally within a professional services or financial environment.
- Experience supporting investor relations (IR) activities is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in coordinating complex travel arrangements and managing detailed itineraries required.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
