Receptionist Position
The Receptionist will manage the office and handle duties for upper management. This individual must be efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, Internet research abilities, and effective communication skills are required.
They should be resourceful, good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Provide support to upper management and supporting team
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Distribute letters, faxes, and forms
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Book travel arrangements
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Other duties as assigned

Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
