We're seeking a polished, service-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to support a high-profile office in downtown Chicago.
Contract: 6/2/25 – 9/2/25 (potential to extend)
Pay: $25.15/hr W2
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts with occasional overtime
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service experience, ideally in luxury hospitality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Apps (especially Google Calendar)
- Willingness to learn internal tools like Salesforce
- Strong writing, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to take direction and follow through
- Reliable and timely—submit weekly timesheets every Friday
You’ll be the first face employees and visitors see—owning the check-in process, coordinating building access, and delivering top-tier service.
