ResponsibilitiesGreet patients, families, and healthcare professionals in a professional and courteous manner
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient files and correspondence
Monitor and respond to patient requests and concerns, escalating issues to the appropriate staff members as necessary
Assist with scheduling appointments, tests, and treatments, and coordinate with healthcare providers and vendors
Provide administrative support to the care team, including preparing reports, charts, and other documents
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
Perform other administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

Requirements0 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but not required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
