The College of Dentistry is the largest oral health college in the State of Illinois, provides care for 35,000 patients a year, and has over 500 students seeking dental degrees including DMD, PhD and Master’s programs.

Position SummaryThe Graduate Hourly in the College of Dentistry's Office of Academic Affairs provides in day-to-day roles within the office that will help the team better serve the students at the College of Dentistry. All of the duties will be administrative in this role.
Duties & Responsibilities- Responsible for maintaining and organizing electronic student files in database, managing and responding to incoming official letter requests, assisting in authoring PASS residency letters of recommendation, assisting in uploading exam materials to online Exam Soft assessment portal; proctoring when needed, format exams for Exam Soft assessment portal, proctor onsite student testing, review thesis formats, assisting with calendar and event management, assisting with accessibility audits and accessibility formatting, prep work associated with meetings (printing minutes, handouts, etc.),
other duties as assigned.
- Must be in a graduate program at UIC.
- One year experience providing administrative support.
