Corporate Engagement Coordinator

LaSalle Network is partnering with a well-known nonprofit organization to hire a Corporate Engagement Coordinator for the upcoming holiday season. This contract opportunity is ideal for an organized, dependable professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to support meaningful community initiatives.

• Coordinate administrative needs for seasonal initiatives
• Create, print, organize, package, and mail campaign materials
• Track requests, quantities, mailing information, and deadlines
• Respond to questions from volunteers, community members, and external partners
• Assist with volunteer registration and account setup
• Maintain accurate records, lists, and inventory
• Prepare and mail seasonal acknowledgments and thank-you communications
• Provide general administrative and project support as priorities shift

• 1–2 years of administrative, office coordination, customer service, or similar support experience
• Nonprofit, fundraising, volunteer coordination, event support, or community outreach experience preferred
• Strong organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to attendance
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle REQUIRED

• Assignment Length:
  Approximately 3.5 months, through early January 2027
• Compensation: $19 - $21 hourly based on experience
