Part Time Office Representative

Office Representative provides in-person support to drivers while assisting with daily office operations. This role is responsible for voucher and equipment distribution, coordinating participants for online training courses, managing inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

Mon - Thurs (9am - 430pm)

• Distribute vouchers and equipment to drivers.
• Coordinate participation and track completion of online training courses.
• Manage equipment distribution and inventory records.
• Respond to driver and customer inquiries in person, by phone, and email.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain office records.
• Process and document complaints, service requests, and lost & found inquiries.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Prepare reports and communicate issues to management as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
