Duties & Responsibilities- Provide support on various administrative/organizational matters.
- Assist in special projects and essential programs, including complex scheduling for meetings/events.
- Answers, screens, and routes telephone inquiries to appropriate party.
- Works independently in monitoring work queues and/or outlook calendars.
- Operates office equipment such as voice mail messaging systems, and uses word processing, spreadsheet, and other software applications to prepare reports, invoices, financial statements, letters, case histories, and medical records.
- Coordinate administrator's schedule; invites and notifies participants.
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Illinois Residency is required within 180 days of employment.
