Automotive Detailer - Car Washer - N. Western Ave

Position Overview

Enterprise Mobility seeks a full‑time Automotive Detailer. Start rate $17.50/hour, 40‑hour week, located at 4314 N Western Ave, Chicago IL 60618.

• Monday: 7:30am - 5:30pm
• Tuesday: 7:30am - 5:30pm
• Wednesday: 7:30am - 5:30pm
• Thursday: OFF
• Friday: 7:30am - 5:30pm
• Saturday: 8:00am-12:30pm
• Sunday: OFF

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry‑standard protocols
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior — cars, vans, trucks
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; reset/restore vehicle settings; check for customer items and place in Lost & Found; verify registration
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; inspect tire condition, pressure and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage
• Fuel and stage vehicle
• Inspect for safety concerns and report warning lights or damage; pull vehicle out of prep processing as needed
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and report hazards
• Operate carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, odors
• Assist customers when needed, may transport customers to and from branches
• Help maintain overall site appearance: desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping lot, miscellaneous tasks
• Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license with no more than one moving violation or at‑fault accident in past 3 years
• Authorized to work in the United States, no work‑authorization sponsorship required
• 12 consecutive months of work/organizational experience
