• Vehicle Preparation:
  Once the greeter has greeted the customer, prep the vehicle immediately to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Vehicle Movement:
  Move vehicles as far to the front of the service drive as possible to maintain an organized and clutter‑free area. Key control is paramount.
• Vehicle Relocation:
  Move service vehicles to their designated locations, record the spot number, and place the key in its proper location (never in pockets).
• Vehicle Maintenance:
  Ensure all vehicles are well‑maintained while in our care and practice safe driving techniques.
• Vehicle Delivery:
  When the customer arrives for pick‑up, ensure the vehicle is clean, free of indicator lights, and the radio and climate controls are set appropriately.
• Other Duties as Assigned:
  Perform other tasks as required to ensure smooth operation of the dealership.

• Move with Urgency:
  Move quickly when not operating behind the wheel, and practice safe driving at all times.
• Safe Driving:
  Adhere to safe driving rules learned during safety huddles.
• Stay Present:
  Remain focused and attentive while operating customer cars.
• Ask for Help:
  Don’t hesitate to seek assistance when needed.
