Private Equity Operations Associate, Lyra Technology Group
Lyra Technology Group is looking for a talented Associate to join our team! This is an opportunity to learn about private equity operations, the technology business, and build operational, financial, and management skills.
Your Work as an Associate- Sit in our Chicago headquarters office as part of the Finance Operations team and support our Operating Companies to support value creation efforts, getting hands on mentorship from senior leaders and working close collaboration with a Lyra Regional CEO
- Support new M&A activity with initial underwriting, valuation, due diligence, and onboarding
- Learn the metrics and KPIs of our businesses, allowing contributions to platform-wide projects and initiatives
- Develop cross-functional skills in areas like operations and people management
- Work closely with our Leadership Team to better understand our strategy and how to execute
- Unlike typical Private Equity investments with a three-to-five-year liquidation strategy, we partner with businesses and invest in them for the long-term. We believe in the value of our acquisitions and want to grow.
