Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Procurement Specialist to join our Americas Operational Procurement team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across Operations, Brands, Finance, Sustainability, and Avendra, helping drive value, efficiency, and consistency across Hyatt’s portfolio in the Americas. Responsibilities
  • Oversight of purchasing and sourcing activities in support of hotel operations and colleague needs.
  • Developing and executing purchasing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring continuity of supply.
  • Provide direct support to hotels and internal stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify sustainable, scalable, and cost-effective sourcing solutions.
  • Participate in special initiatives and projects that drive efficiency, quality, and value across the organization.
  • Provide oversight of inventory planning to support hotel operations and service delivery.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on sustainability, cost efficiency, and scalability initiatives.
  • Ensure purchased goods meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
Qualifications

Experience

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement or a leadership role within hospitality, with demonstrated experience supporting hotel operations.

Experience Preferred:
