Qualifications

• A Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience in product management, particularly in financial services
• Strong understanding of market analysis and client segmentation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to construct and oversee coherent, persuasive presentations
• Mastery of multiple product lines, with a deep understanding of client needs
• Demonstrated capability in building relationships and influencing stakeholders
• Familiarity with project management principles and practices
• Knowledge of business strategy development for long-term performance
• Leadership skills to guide team goals and enhance staff capabilities
• Understanding of FICC operational settlements
• Awareness of SEC mandates related to transaction clearing in U.S. Treasuries and Repurchase agreements

• Analyze market insights to define target client segments and evaluate industry trends
• Align cross-functional teams to formulate strategic objectives and identify opportunities
• Develop value propositions, business cases, and marketing strategies for new products
• Oversee the introduction of new products, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective sales training
• Monitor industry dynamics and adjust pricing strategies following product launches
• Represent the company at industry events and contribute to publications
• Support sales teams by presenting at client and prospect meetings
• Create strategies for coordinated marketing efforts across programs
• Execute complex initiatives that span various disciplines and address ambiguous challenges
• Collaborate with business units to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
• Conduct post-launch evaluations, track product performance, and suggest improvements for promotional initiatives
