Qualifications
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in product management, particularly in financial services

- Understanding of FICC operational settlements
- Awareness of SEC mandates related to transaction clearing in U.S. Treasuries and Repurchase agreements
- Analyze market insights to define target client segments and evaluate industry trends
- Align cross-functional teams to formulate strategic objectives and identify opportunities
- Develop value propositions, business cases, and marketing strategies for new products
- Oversee the introduction of new products, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective sales training
- Monitor industry dynamics and adjust pricing strategies following product launches
- Represent the company at industry events and contribute to publications
- Support sales teams by presenting at client and prospect meetings
- Create strategies for coordinated marketing efforts across programs
- Execute complex initiatives that span various disciplines and address ambiguous challenges
- Collaborate with business units to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
- Conduct post-launch evaluations, track product performance, and suggest improvements for promotional initiatives
