OverviewThe General Management Trainee (GMT) Associate participates in a 12-month rotational program designed for recent college graduates and early career professionals with a focus on developing a strong pipeline of front-line operational leaders for the company. The program consists of a series of business rotations that provide cross-functional experience in operations, sales, and shared services. Practical work experience is complemented by professional development, mentorship, executive networking and a dedicated program manager to guide onboarding, assimilation, performance, development, and transition into management positions within core operating areas of the business.
After successful completion of the program, GMTs are eligible for placement into front-line leadership roles, offering accelerated career paths within operations.
- Participate in a 12-month rotational program with cross-functional exposure in operations, sales, and shared services.
- Engage in practical work experiences complemented by professional development, mentorship, and executive networking.
- Contribute to projects key to evolving operations and demonstrate leadership skills.
- Develop managerial capabilities and establish a network across the organization.
- Transition into front-line leadership roles within core operating areas upon program completion.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, or related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Previous operational and/or customer experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills with sound judgement
- Ability to identify and adapt to the work styles of others
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities and propose solutions
- Strong project management skills
