Overview

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Procurement Specialist to join our Americas Operational Procurement team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across Operations, Brands, Finance, Sustainability, and Avendra, helping drive value, efficiency, and consistency across Hyatt’s portfolio in the Americas. Responsibilities include overall oversight of purchasing and sourcing activities in support of hotel operations and colleague needs. This includes developing and executing purchasing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring continuity of supply. Additional responsibilities include providing direct support to hotels and internal stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify sustainable, scalable, and cost-effective sourcing solutions, and participating in special initiatives and projects that drive efficiency, quality, and value across the organization.

  • Developing and executing purchasing and sourcing strategies
  • Supporting hotels and internal colleagues with procurement guidance and solutions
  • Managing supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and supply continuity
  • Providing oversight of inventory planning to support hotel operations and service delivery
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams on sustainability, cost efficiency, and scalability initiatives
