We are seeking an exceptional Personal Chief of Staff to support a Co-Founder who is a high-impact individual contributor at the center of the company's value creation. This role exists to amplify effectiveness, protect focus, and ensure seamless execution across professional and personal domains.
The Person al Chief of Staff serves as a strategic partner—owning coordination, prioritization, and follow-through—so the Co-Founder can remain focused on high-leverage work. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role requiring excellent judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate comfortably across both structured and unstructured environments.
The position is employed by the company and works in close partnership with the family office to ensure personal and family logistics are handled with the same rigor and reliability as business operations.
What You'll Do:- Act as an extension of the Co-Founder, anticipating needs and removing obstacles before they impact productivity
- Translate high-level objectives and incomplete inputs into clear plans and executable actions
- Reduce cognitive load by organizing information, surfacing priorities, and closing open loops
- Manage and triage incoming requests across business and personal domains
- Track commitments, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure consistent follow-through
- Prepare briefings, summaries, and decision-ready materials as needed
- Own calendar management with an emphasis on protecting deep work and minimizing low-value interruptions
- Coordinate complex schedules that span professional, personal, and family obligations
- Proactively resolve conflicts and logistical issues
- Coordinate personal logistics including travel, household needs, and family scheduling
- Serve as a reliable point of execution during schedule disruptions (e.g., childcare coverage gaps, travel changes)
- Ensure seamless handoff and alignment between professional and personal priorities
- Serve as a trusted liaison between the Co-Founder, internal teams, external partners, and the family office
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Provide calm, clear communication in fast-moving or ambiguous situations
- Exceptional judgment and situational awareness
- Proactive, anticipatory, and execution-focused
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity without constant direction
- Calm, steady presence; emotionally intelligent
- Naturally organized but adaptable
- 3+ years supporting founders, senior executives, or principals
- Experience in entrepreneurial, founder-led, or family-office-adjacent environments preferred
- Proven ability to manage both strategic and logistical responsibilities
- Strong written and verbal communication

- Ability to manage complex, cross-domain responsibilities
