DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the client onboarding project and coordinate with other departments to ensure all customer requirements.
  • Provide clients and potential clients with information about available electronic trading systems.
  • Determine client order execution requirements by analyzing the number of users, required markets and trading style.
  • Pass any issues affecting Operations to the Clearing Client Services units.
  • Propose solutions to Sales for delivery to client.
  • Draft project plan with phases, milestones, etc. for approval by Sales and within e‑Solutions.
  • Implement selected solution as a project within e‑Solutions.
  • Identify client point of contact.
  • Manage authorization process.
  • Prepare cost estimates.
  • Track documentation.
  • Determine exchange membership status.
  • Verify any preferred exchange pricing.
  • Obtain client limit request approval from Risk Management.
  • Perform UAT with client.
  • Brief support desk on client details so they are prepared to render Tier 1 assistance.
  • Pass account reference information to Operations along with any other special client instructions.
  • After completion of project turn over all documentation and brief e‑Solutions account management personnel to ensure on-going operations continue smoothly.

Identify potential issues related to compliance including Dodd‑Frank regulations

Technical

Skills:
  • MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project a plus
  • Experience with TT, Fidessa, CQG or similar trading platforms a plus.
  • Project Management experience
Desired / Plus:
  • NFA Series 7
  • NFA Series 3
Competencies:
  • 5 + years of Brokerage industry experience; preferably, supporting online transactions.
  • Understanding of exchange connectivity such as MPIDs and mnemonics requirements.
  • Knowledge of the investment industry and knowledge of investment compliance.
  • Ability to gather and assess client needs and to translate them in a logical and practical set of project tasks.
  • Ability to run meetings: project plans, minutes, manage client expectations etc…
  • Solid presentation skills.
  • Experience in application support, analysis and troubleshooting as well as experience with software testing and user training.
  • The ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
  • Derivatives Trading (Understanding symbols, exchanges, price formats).
  • Ability to learn new technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Must be detailed oriented and able to work on multiple projects at a time.
  • Previous Business Analysis and Project Management experience.
  • Firm understanding of regulatory environment
Qualifications:

Experience Needed:

  • 5 + years of Brokerage industry experience; preferably, supporting online transactions.

Desired / Plus:

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

COMPENSATION:

Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience. The role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and includes a competitive benefits package including 401(k) plan with company match, medical/dental/vision, and other benefits for fertility, wellness, student loans and commuters.
