As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth we are very pleased to offer a new opportunity to join our dedicated team as a Senior Patient Experience Analyst. This role is responsible for leveraging data and transforming it into insights and reporting that can be utilized across all levels of the organization. This role will be engaged in driving the business both through support of our business partners in both the offices and field teams along with informing strategy for our support teams as well.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Patient Experience Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Analyze patient experience data (surveys, complaints, Google reviews, and operational metrics) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improving care delivery and satisfaction.
- Translate complex patient experience insights into clear, actionable recommendations for clinical, operational, and leadership teams.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track patient experience performance, monitor key metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate the impact of patient experience initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by managing data sources, validating results, and documenting analytic methodologies.
- Driving organizational excellence through insights and recommendations to optimize the patient experience and drive efficiency in our patient funnels.
- Develop and distribute reporting that integrates both daily operational metrics and monthly financial results to inform end-users of the current state of the business.
- Drive action from key stakeholders including leaders for the Field, Service Lines, and the Executive Leadership Team.
- Add value to reporting through insights that go beyond what the target audiences can infer through data alone.
- Create ad hoc analyses that determine the root cause of an issue and provide recommendations on how to drive improved results.
- Partnering with IT teams to translate business requirements into metrics and best-in‑class reports to be leveraged across all levels of the Aspen Dental business.
- BA or BS in Data Analytics, Finance, Business or other degree with equivalent work experience in analysis or insights‑based roles. Experience with forecasting is a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience as a business analyst, Customer or Patient Experience analyst, or similar analysis‑driven roles required. Required experience partnering with both business leaders and IT departments.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting customer or patient surveys and reviews to leverage data is preferred.
- Experience writing in SQL or Big Query is required. Experience using data visualization software like Tableau or Power
BI is a plus. - Ability to find and query appropriate data from databases, along with validating and reviewing data and reports for accuracy and completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Experience managing cross‑functional projects with multiple stakeholders is desirable.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required.
- Ability to excel in fast paced environment, take direction, and handle multiple priorities.
Annual Salary Range: $90-110k with a generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with match
