ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Retail Business Support team provides organizational change management, training, customer relationship management, process improvement, and other support as needed to aid Operational Efficiency on behalf of our Ohio client. Retail Business Ambassador (RBA) resources support the initiative to improve performance and eliminate inefficiencies at the Agency level.
As a potential Retail Business Ambassador Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a talented team of professionals at The Greentree Group. This role will be critical in ensuring effective support of a State Government client and the related retail business efforts of their stakeholders.
